I bought a iPod Touch 3rd gen 8gb model today. I went to appels website to download iTunes. before it finishesd it sai something about "Quiktime is needed ". It pops up at the rolling back process. Please help!!!

just download and install quicktime for windows

It wont let me do that either. It says it encountered an error.
