Anyone else find the id software brick in Doom 3 ? It was fun reading all those messages from the developers, designers and owners...
Too bad it means you're very near the end of the game
*(maybe this is considered Lounge material, sorry if it is)

in the last level of D3 there is a brick with 'id software' on it that allows you to access a room, where you find a PDA from id software, and it has messages from the developers, designers, everyone, thanking people and telling you how much fun they had and how much hard work it was to make the game. It was fun reading that, and I wondered if anyone else had found it...

I found it. It ain't that big a deal. Kind of like finishing the game itself.

That game was crap.
signatures are a waste of bandwidth
especially ones with political tripe in them.

I remember back in the days of the Atari 2600 when Adventure had the first version of that "easter egg".. it was the name of the programer hidden behind some wall if I remember.
