I there an alternative keyboard command for depressing the 'shift' key in order to turn the extensions off.

I have owned my G3 tower for about 18 months and I have never succeeded with this keboard command. I am thinking whether the ADB Radius Keyboard has anything to do with it, I switched to a Mac ADB keyboard for a while but still couldn't get the extensions to turn off.

My Mac recently experienced an error loop (127) , so I had to reinstall 9.2.1 and start all over again. But I definitely need a way of turning the extensions off from the keyboard.
A friend suggested the 'space bar' and that gave no result either ?

Use extension Manager and create an Extension set with all extension turned off.

If the problem is with your kewyboard, this might not work, but try holding down the spacebar during boot up. This should open the extensions control panel right after the happy mac, and you can choose all extensions off there from the pull-down menu. ( provided the spacebar thing works)

chris v ,
It helps to read a post before one answers......The person as posted, tried to restart with extensions off using the Shift key, but that did not work...What operating system are you using that provides you with a Extension Control Panel, or do you mean Extension Manager control panel ???
