In addition to the many good sites above, ...

Ars Technica is the best computer source on the web. And that bloke Siracusa taught me more about OS X than every other source on the net combined.

Macologist is a good site for Mac gamers.

O'Reilly's Mac Dev Center is good for tutorials.

Barefeats is a fun site with hard info you can't get anywhere else.

iUseThis is a relatively new site where people can "vote" for their favorite programs. You can find several dozen video players at Macupdate.com, but at iUseThis you'll learn which ones people actually rely on.

Apple-History is a good site for Mac hardware facts.
