As far as I know there are none (although there are some pretty good ones for Windows).
The only way I know of to get rid of the pop-ups is to use OmniWeb in Mac OS X.
I'm sure someone out there is working on something for Classic Mac OS. Good luck.

Extremely effective at preventing pop ups. I use on and off it does not appear to be buggy.

For browsers in OS 9, try iCab. The latest release is pretty stable. It's a 10 minute download with 56k modem. Has filters for popups, consoles, etc. and can prevent servers from generally taking over your browser. Had it 7 months now, and use it for the bulk of my surfing. Give it a little extra memory and you'll probably have to just play with the features a while to get the hang of it.
here
or at downloads.com (Cnet)
