I'm down, my current project is ripping apart everything I've done in the 'front yard' area of Fatty Mountain and making it not suck. So that's best done in spurts so i don't end up building something I don't like again.

You're the type of guy who would live in a inactive volcano, aren't you?

Pretty much done with the storage room, enchanting room, work bench, glassed water walls, disposal...
sek, tearing everything to pieces:
Surprised when I logged on the other day:
sek, I got confused when I told you I had a chunk error screenshot of those caves. These are the ones between our mines, as evidenced by the domed lavafall room. Still cool though.

I just though you guys may like to know, I went to the far northern edge of the explored map last night, the ender eyes still lead to the now destroyed fortress south of the village.

I'd say 10% is a bit generous, we only took materials from the areas that were half caves anyways.

Any future pilferings, I'm more than willing to just follow you around seeping up the droppings and replacing the holes with proper smooth brick (As opposed to cobble).

I was planning on building an stairwell to the surface in the same style as the ones there, which will require a percentage of the special bricks. Then some abandoned half collapsed ruins on top. Be careful as you continue to tear it apart. From the stats list on the map "Hidden Silverfish 2202." I would appreciate ender pearl donations so I can continue my search for another till I fix my grinder to produce them. Took more than a dozen to find that one and I went through four not finding another last night.

I'll donate my ender pearls (7) to the cause.
Edit: Also, studley mentioned he wanted to get in on the next nether trip, I am also looking for some nether partners since my glowstone reserves are all but depleted.

I just put a nether portal just off my storage area. I'll have to see where it links me, hopefully tonight, but probably later than you guys will be on.

To be clear, if I can find another one. It's mine. There should be 4 more someplace.
Anyone want to bet that it doesn't?

Well you used your own pearls to find the one we all are pilfering, I was only hoarding pearls to find one myself, but now I don't need to until there is a working end portal to use.
My pearls are all yours man. I'll drop them off at your place when I log on today.

Out of curiosity, how hard would you deem Endermen to kill compared to the regular mobs?
I've killed one or two before thanks to weird situations where I must have provoked them in caverns, but the first time I think it may have been partially damaged, and the second I kept my ass in a corner so they couldn't teleport behind me.

They have twice the hitpoints, every time you hit them they jump away and back so they tend to keep blindsiding you. A sword with fire aspect or a wolf makes it allot easier. They don't teleport when the wolfs damage them. BUT. The're very rare, sunlight kills them but they teleport away so no random drops. If you have an stone sword they can trade you hit for hit in a damage race.

I've tried to kill them in my house but they teleport the hell outta there after the first hit. The only one I've killed was outdoors and you just have to keep at it.

That's really weird. I'd swear I've killed at least one of two I encountered (Do they ever give up), but there's no way I traded much more damage than a zombie encounter, given I was using a stone sword.

It may look like they gave up but they just teleported to a spot with no path to you. Move away and they'll jump back.

I was spelunking. Eventually I would have gone on exploring and they would have attacked. I guess I'm just not recalling how prolonged the fights must have been. I do remember getting housed one of times and needing to gorge and hide i a corner til my health regenned.

I find them hard to fight only because of how evasive they can be. I've provoked some, dealt them damage and then they just disappear and never come back. Most of the time charging at them with a sword will make them run away too.
I find the best way to kill them is to provoke one, let it get kind of close then turn your back and run away, and spin around at random intervals since he'll probably be tailing you. You kind of need to trick them into thinking you are fleeing to get them close enough to damage.

The second best way to kill endermen is to provoke you, let them hurt you and have a wolf there to kill him. Zombie meat will heal the wolf instantly afterwords. The first being a mechanism of some sort.

Well going back through my portal in the nether dropped me off at jawbone's new portal.
Also, I put the pearls in the same chest as the others you had Blaze.

fixed.
There's a mountain of nether rack just "behind" his fort. That's shifted his portal toward jawbone.
You can just break 1 block.

Unofficial snapshot notes:
CATS
-Cats can now be tamed much like wolves. They can be commanded to sit and stay by right clicking, otherwise they follow you.
CREEPERS
-Creepers have new AI and will make their way through a maze easily.
-Creepers are now scared of cats and won't come within 7 blocks of one.
LAVA
-Lava makes a popping noise
NPCs
-NPCs can now open doors. They will also close the door behind them.
ABANDONED MINESHAFTS
-Abandoned mineshafts now have more wooden floors and seem to be tidier than before.

Are they smart enough not to teleport into lava, or walk into lava, or charge off a cliff to kill a skeleton?
With the introduction of cat/wolf breeding they can stop preventing wolfs from attacking creepers. Or make their pack logic smart enough to kill one without it exploding.

If you want wool produced by sheep that haven't experienced the "touch of a man" (if you know what I mean, keep frequenting the sheep at the Barn.

Nope, but the whole point for me of putting time into a multiplayer server rather than a single player server is the opportunity to work together, and so I'm offering resources I wouldn't otherwise be using.

Along those same lines, you're welcome to the Obsidian in my Valuables chest, I believe there's 18 or so in there.
