First, you need a better thread title, secondly, there is no easy way to do what you want to do.

Agreed about the thread title.
Syncing only works one-way (except for songs purchased through the iTunes mobile store on the Touch/iPhone).
If you want to transfer music from the iPod to a computer, you need additional software (Apple doesn't block this; they just don't build it in).
First, you need to activate hard disk mode on the iPod OR set it to manual (rather than automatic sync).
Then, on the Mac, try Senuti or iPodDisk.
Also, a search of this forum should have revealed about fifty threads asking the same question.

Title fixed.
mkh1516, iTunes' help gives you a lot of information about how to sync different iPods to the same computer, and a single iPod to multiple computers. It's not that huge a problem to do. Plus, as is pointed out above, searching this forum would have given you a lot of pointers. The basic approach is to select "manage music manually" in iTunes on each computer. Look more and you'll find detailed instructions if you need them.
