Well the title is the question, any recommendations for a book on PHP and MySQL, I'll probably hit up a book stroe tomorrow but I was curious as to what others thought.

I don't exactly know many books, but the one I used was O'Reilly's PHP and MySQL Development (creative, I know). It's well reviewed and easy to read. I recommend it. (Half of it is just examples.)

+1 for anything O'Reilly.

The O'Reilly Php Cookbook is fun, more fun than the O'Reilly MySQL Cookbook, but that makes sense as php is a lot more fun without having to get a database to play the gane.
