What software is there to integrate the Nokia 7610, and other series 60 based phones with OS X.
I have a sony ericsson phone at the moment, and want to know if I will still be able to retain functionality with isync and salling clicker when I get my 7610 that should arrive next week.
Also, can people list other helpful applications they use with nokia or symbian OS phones.
Cheers
Adam

OK, so first step was to get a nice theme (Crystalized) from symbianthemes.com.
Now to copy over my contacts...
Sending one big vcard with all of them did not work, neither did send all from my old phone... so looks like im going to have to do each one individually... not good!!
Ill post more once that is sorted...
oh and sailling clciker works great..

I free'd my mind... now it won't come back.

ok so that was a pain. sending each card accross individiually and accepting each one. Why would nokia not let it read a vcard with multiple names/numbers...

hey, just wondeding if anyone else has any tips on importing contact details into the nokia 6670?
i downloaded Smartvcard, but have only managed to get the export function working. If i can't get this going i will have to import my address one by one via bluetooth.
thanks

Things will be easier once Tiger comes out and .Mac Sync will be mlsyncable.
Until then, it's a piecemeal process. I've had luck sending vcards from the Mac and also from my old Tungsten T pda, via bluetooth (I have a Nokia 6630).

if anyone is interested i now can easily export & import my contacts directly from mail.app using bluetooth via SmartVcard to my nokia 6670.
It's as simple as highlighting all entries in the address book, dragging them to bluetooth file exchange and transfering them to the phone.
once in the phone's mailbox, open up SmartVcard, click import and locate the folder, "Mailbox". Click on vcard enrty and import the contacts.
too easy.
edit: fixed link
