Is the old a/b/g Airport Express upgradable to "n" through firmware ?

No. But the new AP Express offers draft-n and all the other Express goodies for $99.

The AP Express is a great product. Slim, easy to use. I keep one for travel, that way when I go to hotels, I use it with their wired broadband instead of their wifi (open/unsecured).

Alright I am getting a dozen to replace the entire inventory, right away .
