Lets all be happy they have no influence on Apple.

If this is the best they can come up with and give it such a poor presentation the future of PC laptops looks like a bore as always.

I think they're both decent concepts, especially the one with the screen on an arm. I know I'd find that handy. On the other hand, I'd call the sliding-screen one useless if it a. wasn't a tablet, and b. didn't have that docking ability. That vertical docking station with the speakers is nice.

Yeah I agree, it's a cool idea but would end up being a mechanical nightmare.

I'm trying to imagine how it would work...trying to make your display cables slide a full 8" or so, that would be tricky to do reliably

Even the iBooks ran into problems when Apple routed all the cables into that one tiny little hinge. They wore and got pinched.
