Is it just me, or does store.apple.com have a different logo now? A new, blue one?

Nice. Would look good in an Apple menu

I'd like that. My wife wants one (which is a big deal because she's not a gadget freak) and my 10GB one is getting flaky.

Why is always Tuesday? The web store programmers can't get up early on Mondays? Does Tuesday hold some karmic meaning in the Jobsian universe?

To surprise you. People think "aww, monday, no updates... damn. Maybe next week..."

Then they go and surprise you like this!

...or not. We'll see.

The new product is the Xserve Cluster Node Configuration:

http://www.apple.com/xserve/specs.html

(See M9090LL/A)

It's a dual 1.33 for the same price as the single, with no video card, optical drive, or second ethernet card, and one drive bay.

Not on the UK store - if you want a CRT imac, you'll have to get out your shiny British Pounds!
