Legal?

Which country has a law regarding the size of a swimsuit?

the US and Florida specifically I think. A lot of beaches have 'inapropriate dress' ordinance.

In France they won't let you into a public pool if your shorts are anything bigger than a speedo. What the hell is up with that?

They're more interested in the pool's filter system than someone seeing your privates. The French have a different attitude about nudity than Americans. Heck, everyone seems to have a different attitude about nudity than Americans.

Yes you did.

The Arab "this", the French "that" and the Mexicans "this too" as well as Americans "that" is all the same stupid geneneralizations.

That you you had to emphasize "especially the Arabs" is a telltale of your prejudice, so stop playing the offended virgin; you're just as prejudiced as those you hate for slandering and generalizing about Mexicans.

Actually, I was pointing out how stupid it was of ghporter to state "Heck, everyone seems to have a different attitude about nudity than Americans." As he was implying that Americans are the strictest most upright prudes. As if that's a bad thing.

I used a group that proudly believes in it's proper and modest attire mores. I did not mock them and I didn't say anything improper. I actually greatly respect their belief in modest dressing. I believe we could use a little of it in the USA.

Try again.

Why didn't you jump on the people making "all the same stupid generalizations (in your opinion)" about the USA? Hmmm...

EDIT: * I don't hate anyone. Try arguing intelligently.

I wonder what the Kelly Blue Book is on a ride like that ?

Looks like low miles, no baggage in the trunk.... how is it on gas, though?

It's the total cost of ownership you gotta look at.

The one in the light blue shirt? It could be a girl.

I have never understood the sunglasses thing for hiding where your eyes are looking. If a woman dresses like that then she WANTS to be looked at. Stared at even.

you'd think that were the case, but i can assure you that this is a false statement much more often than it holds water. i've gotten my share of "why don't you take a picture, it'll last longer"s.

Know what you do then? Pull out your camera and take as many pictures as you want.

Get back to me on her response.

Since it's legal in Canada for a female to be topless in public even on the main street if she wants, I would guess removing the top and just the bottom would be legal in Canada.

But I guess if she's in a bikini contest she'd have to wear the top.

Yet another reason not to raise my future kids in Canada. I had no idea this was legal. Do 99.99% of the women there just choose not to take advantage of this law?

You're assuming women want nothing more than to be topless in public but laws are the only thing stopping them normally. Plus it's Canada...too cold to take off the fur coats, hats and mittens all the time.

Iowa!?

Anyway, the supreme court ruled it unconstitutional to discriminate against women. Men are allowed to walk down the street with their T shirts off so a girl said screw it and walked down the street topless and was arrested. It went all the way to the supreme court and the rest is history.

All the old biddies and stuff said it would be the end of the world. I've seen one girl topless in ten years. I haven't been to the beach lately but you don't even see them there.

Actually, it's legal in some states of the USA too. And certain cities of certain states.

some topless laws have been put into effect to stop the people who are offended by breastfeeding from kicking a mother feeding her baby out of their restaurant etc.

that said, that swimsuit does not look very comfy at all!

You know even though it's legal up here... good luck finding a woman going topless down town. Just because they can doesn't mean they want to get gawked at.
