Hi. So the businesss will be primarily editing documents (contracts, publications and research studies overseas). I am trying to come up with something smart and easy to remember and pronounce. So far my top choices that I have thought of are:

1. Double Blank
2. Reflex
3. VeXXer and Associates (My last name is first but screened with xes)
4. Twice

Any ideas would really help. I am not sure what editing companies are in the practice of distinguishing themselves by.

sorry to say it but thats a pretty crook bunch of choices and No 2 is already a company name (Reflex Paper).

i would try and pick a word out of the industry and use it (like Apple did with Pages / Keynote) something short and sweet, give it a nice font and a funky colour and your in business.

No 1. for me at the mo

Shunt, I like The Vexxer Group. Thanks. Because this is an editing business, cathcy names can be good, but this is something that 'The Vexxer Group" suites, sort of like a law firm.

I dig "Twice" and "Plush," they're simple, short, and memorable. They have a slight quirkiness to them that makes them memorable, and they have an understated sophisitcation to them. The only problem, they may not be completely suitable to the industry... but that may turn out to be a good thing.

You'll have to repeat it 5 times and spell it, by then it's burned into their brain.

Consider what domain name you want also, as you may have a nifty name in mind, but its domain may already be in use ~

Go to GoDaddy.com and run searches of potential names. When you find some good domain names, select from those.

Be careful! I wouldn't run a search until I was absolutely sure I wanted it. Some companies watch for that sort of thing and then cybersquat on names searched.
