Well evidently, it turns out that AppleOnlooker is back. And they have come back with a bang, it turns out they have a 10.1/Puma Build 5G40 picture archive and they also have a speed/stability analysis. So, come to Apple Onlooker if you want to learn more about 10.1!

Yeah, I agree: terrible article. That's my first and probably my last visit to Apple Onlooker.

I want to know what article he read. The one I read sounded like it was put together by a 15 year old.

Not as interesting as I was hoping. I've seen more informative articles out of MacOSRumors. I would like REAL benchmark COMPARISONS, not just a "I screwed this up installing" and "look at my desktop while I tell you how many BOUNCES it takes to open IE" report. YAWN.

...with all of the pictures saved in .tiff format. Why anyone continues to use Grab.app for screenshots is, of course, beyond me.

Anyone notice the guy left his computer name and his IP address on the File Sharing screen?

Interesting... Apple has changed the shading under text in window titles and on tabs. It's more readable.

Yes please learn how to take appropriate screenies. For some reason IE doesn't recognize them, I have to save them to disk before I view them. You could then use any one of a dozen automatic html thumbnail apps. But other than that, thanks for the info!

Ha ha!!! I never said you did!

I said it was so bad that it sounded like it was put together by a 15 year old. I guess you automatically assumed that if it sucked and a 15 year old wrote it, it had to be you.

OK, but regardless of the tool you use (yeah yeah, enough sales pitches), couldn't you convert them to a browser-viewable format such as JPEG before posting them?

Picture archive? I can't find it on the site? Has it been taken off due to the kind lawyers at Apple? Or is it on some otherpage?
