Hello,

I am using OS 8.5 on a 350 MHz G3. In the TCP/IP Control panel the PPP option is not available under "Connect via", the only options are AppleTalk and Ethernet. I have selected "PPP" as the protocol using Options in the Remote Access Control panel. Is there something else I should do in order to
get the "PPP" option?

Thanks.

try trashing your TCP/IP pref's file and restart, but be advised that you will have to reset the TCP/IP control panel after the restart... have your settings handy
