Hi,

did anybody try to connect a MacBook to an HD ready TV and running an 720p or 1080i movie? Is the MacBook fast enough for this or do I need to go for a MacBook Pro to view HD movies?

Cheers

Because QuickTime is a pig? Use VLC if QuickTime doesn't work for you.

thats bollox. 720p, and even 1080p, should play fine on the new macbook - with no frame-dropping..
