I hike/jog on average about 40km per week up to an elevation of 900 metres from sea level in an average of 30°C and 90% humidity.
Does that count?

Longest I ever did continuously (not slowing down to a walk for more than a second) is 13.5 miles, this past November. Took 1h 57m.
ACL pop a few days later on a separate run took me down for a long while.
But now I can summit mountains.
