Your prices are a little high considering...

storage: SanDisk 4GB CompactFlash for $285
SanDisk 4GB CompactFlash card at ShopperWiz.com for $284.69 plus $11.25 shipping.

storage: Kingston 1GB CompactFlash for $50 shipped after rebate
The Kingston 1GB CompactFlash card fell to $74.99 at Buy.com. A $25 mail-in rebate drops the net price to $49.99.

Dude.. regardless of whether you agree with his prices or not, you shouldn't thread crap. PM him to discuss the matter, no need to be public about it. Check the posting guidelines above.

Actually I think its a good idea, so that an unwary person may not spend more then he/she would, and I wouldn't call it thread crapping, he's telling the OP his prices are a tad high that's all.

Edit: what speeds are these cards?
