Well first round is almost over and no one posts here any more anyway, but figured I'd carry on the tradition.

1. I predicted the Blues would be awesome. I am right.

2. Nashvegas!

3. Pens-Flyers was epic. Someone could have legitimately been killed in that series. Too bad it was first round - boo to the NHL.

4. Canucks: freudling never even had a chance to get on (and off, and on, and off) that bandwagon. Trading Hodgeson should end up as a good move in two years, but it may be their window was right now - a big mistake for Gillis?

5. Many other storylines - Phoenix rising and Ottawa's ridonkulous prospects pipeline amongst them.

Discuss.

I never thought I would say I wanted the Flyers to make the Stanley Cup final, but I hope they do this year!

Just so Richards and Carter can come back to Philly and raise the cup for the Kings in the Flyers house....bwahahahaha

I would normally say "Well I wish we would at least lose to the eventual Stanley Cup champions".

But no. Absolutely not. I hate the Flyers. I hope they lose. Forever.

Your whiny bitching in previous years had very little of awesome, very much of despair and doom and self-pity. I told you the future was bright.

Too bad the Kings are rollin, though. They look dangerous and they have the requisite Con Smythe goalie candidate to be a Finals team. Carter/Richards winning a Cup together would be absolutely terrible, though. (But those were still great moves for Philly IMO.)

Whiny bitching is all Blues fans have. Don't judge us for it.

Quick hasn't even had to be good in the series. The Blues are being outclassed in every single facet of the game. You could make a list of the top 10 key elements of hockey, go down the list and in every single category the Kings are manhandling the Blues like men playing children.
