You might want to reduce your price. I forgot which store it was, but they have 24" iMac with 320gb, 2gb RAM, new for right below $1300... Also, I do understand that there's a free Apple TV with it, but still a new one can be had for $150. I'm not trying to ruin your thread, I'm just hoping this will help you get it sold soon.

No tax is also a great incentive here. The AppleTV is included in the price.
