Hello,

Just got my PB a week ago or so and just watched a movie on it today (widescreen). Noticed that the bottom of the screen was not solid black, it had sort of a gradient of faintness on it, however rest of screen was fine. Was just wondering if this is normal for an LCD as this is my first LCD based screen I've ever owned?

Thanks.

What angle?

I'd be concerned. If it bothers you take it back and have it fixed under warrenty.

None of my LCD's have what you are describing..I have a 20" formac LCD and a ibook 12" lcd. Both are even from top to bottom/side to side with no gradation/change.
