It's okay but it takes some time to get use to.

I rearranged my set up again, and I got a shiny new 19 year old IBM Model M keyboard.
And here is a link to my Flickr page for more pictures and annotations.
If you want more info on either my set up or my crazy keyboard addiction, check out my blog, Bound Up

It draws power from USB like all keyboards do, or if you want to be particular about it, through the PS/2 to USB adapter.

oh, I just heard from several sources that it draws more power the adaptor can provide or something.

I was inspired by all these Mac setup threads I've been seeing on forums, so I created My Mac Desk - Home . Hopefully we'll have quite a collection there in a while. (Submit if you want.)
I love these Apple computer setups. Mac people are always so pedantic.

My macbook. I love it, but I'm dumping it for an iMac once the new ones come out.

I wish... The screen didn't show up well so I just photoshopped that on. The computer REALLY runs OS X 10.4.10.

Ah right cool. I'm planning on investing in a macbook this summer, depending on how my GCSE results go! Should be fun.

I don't know if it's your desk or what, but for whatever reason, I really LIKE that white MB. I have a balck one, and almost always think the white ones are odd looking, but that looks good.

Thanks! It's funny, I always thought Blackbooks looked odd, since they aren't glossy.

Hmm, now it makes me confused about which colour I should get it in! Ever since right this minute i've thought "Yeh, lets go for a black one" but that white looks mighty sexy. Helpp!

Did you hack OS X onto that thinkpad, or is that a screenshot? (Or Linux or Windows running an Aqua theme?)

*I* didn't hack anything. *Somebody*, however, did get a hacked version of OS X onto the ThinkPad pictured above, and I daresay it worked pretty well, though the machine did get a bit warm at times. Well, until Apple gets around to making its own ultraportables, the rest of us will have to settle for XP or whatnot..

My new MB arrived this afternoon (2.16ghz, Superdrive, all that jazz):
Portrait.
And Gelaskin.
I'm thrilled with the machine. It's exactly what I need in a laptop: light(ish), small(ish), and fastfast!

Yeah, it's easily the best addition I've gotten so far for my MB. I originally got it because I noticed I started slouching to see the screen. Makes a big difference!

I got a new keyboard today. It's an older hacker style mechanical switch clicky model and I love it. It's a Cherry ML4100 industrial keyboard. Got it off Ebay on the cheep.
Looks nice by the window.
I have a growing addiction to old school keyboards. They are so much better than the crap they make today, and they don't have Windows keys or multimedia bells and whistles. I think they type better to.
Anyway, here is growing collection. Mind you, this started for me in the spring.
Check out my annotated pic on Flickr if you want to see what they are.
