I always liked the look of the 12" PB. Apple really think about a 12" MBP.

MBP pics are in the Powerbook thread, and MBP pics are in the MacBook thread. Not unlike a few relatives of mine, the MBP pics seem to be without a true home.
Maybe there should be a MBP pic sticky thread...

A renaming of the threads would certainly help as well. Perhaps there should be a "Mac Notebook Picture" thread.

I'll second, or third... or whatever. Good idea. Please either merge the threads or lock the old ones and start new ones. I kinda like that idea. New incentive for us to clean up our workspaces and take some new pics. What do you say guys?

So hey! Are we getting a new sticky thread for these pics? I vote for a universal all-in-one thread for all Mac Notebook pics.
I'd love to see some people's setups with their new Airs (which I suppose, if they were taking advantage of the portability they paid for, would be their Air stuffed neatly into a fancy laptop bag/briefcase as they run down the terminal at LAX), but where are they supposed to post these with the lack of proper thread organization!?!!?

If you look at my about page on my blog you can see my MacBook and set up
No site spam
The whole point of the thread is to post your pics inline. You already have a link to your site in your sig. -CW

I've merged the powerbook thread into the macbook one, then changed the title. A thread merge cannot be undone, so I hope you all don't have any regrets.

Cold,
my thoughts are to say thanks for merging the threads. I think the whole idea anyways was to see how different users use their laptop and setup around it. Macbook, MBP, Powerbook, iBook, it's all the same.
Thanks,
Bishop

It's Incase's Protective Cover for iPod touch. I really like it, although I wanted the black but the Apple Store was out. Here's a link.

Not as bad as if it was just a subwoofer. But quite possibly yes.

I'm pretty sure the M-Audio monitors are shielded. Could be wrong about that, though...

Yeah they are. But still, my shielded Yamaha woofer ruined my CRT from about 3' away, so nothing wrong with being cautious.

they're fully shielded monitors. Have had the computer on it for a few months now and still no ill effects.
edit:
if it ruined it from 3' away, it was piss poorly shielded

Yep, the EEE is a 7", and it is running OSX Tiger 10.4.8. Everything works, save for the sleep/suspend functionality, and there is a strange kernel timer issue which causes dock/menu animations to run a little slow. You can mitigate it somewhat with fsb settings, but not cure it completely. Other than that, it's quite stable and runs really well. Oh, and AIFF sounds crackle and pop (probably due to the timing issue). The default wireless doesn't work out of the box either, but I popped in the 802.11 mini pci-e card from my appletv, and it seems to work just fine.
