Underling 2.0.. Where can I get it?

	I can't seem to find Underling 2.0 anywhere! All I find is 1.6. I heard 2.0 has a few extras including icons. But I can't find it! Also, one thing I don't like about 1.6 is that disabled title bars aren't transparent. I like that feature of most other themes, is this in 2.0? Even if it's not, I still want it! Can someone post a direct link to a page with it? Thanks!
