problem with themepark

	I decided earlier today that I wanted to try out themepark and mybe make a decent skin for my mac. I searched for "themepark" and went to the first site that google showed me. Then I downloaded themepark 3.0. I cant open it. Im thinking it not opening has something to do with me having 10.3.9 and themepark switching to tiger only. Is there an older version of themepark that someone can direct me to because I cannot find anything. Thanks.
