I have a friend that is having printing problems. He downloaded and installed Printer SetUp Repair and that said that 11 files were missing. Those missing files are in the invisible 'usr' folder located on the hard drive. I found them on my system not his, that's how I know where they are supposed to be.

How would those folders and files get missing? My friend didn't even know there were invisible files on his computer much less how to make them visible so how could they have been deleted?

We are both running 10.4.11. Is is possible I could email him the missing files from my system and tell him how to install them?

Thanks,
