	I have recently purchased an Epson Stylus 1520, and StylusRip software, hoping to print documents from Illustrator and Quark. It has been extremely frustrating that the StylusRip is not working for me at all. When I used the basic printer driver to print a big file, a 45MB photoshop image, it printed fast and beautifully. But, when I use the Rip, the printer just doesn't feel like responding. One time, it took an entire 5 hours to print a very simple illustartor document. I appreciate if anyone has suggestion for me. At this point, the Epson tech support is clueless about this problem.
