I hope that Mac hardware (desktop & laptops, pro & con class devices) will, by the end of 2010, have:
-BluRay drives with system wide support (finder, iDVD, etc) (it's high time Apple get this, imho)
-USB 3.0
-3G ability...... pop in a SIM and ur online.... no more wires.

Cheers

A silent 16-core Mac Pro with 5 PCIe slots and 10 USB ports on the back? I can dream, I suppose.

Goodbye Core2, hello i5 and i7.

It'll be much easier if you just comply.

I'm just waiting for Apple to release Core i5/i7-based MacBook Pros. Ugh, come on, what's taking so long?! I'd also get a nice 22" or 24" Eizo screen.
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

- Core i7 MBP with USB3, eSATA, and no internal optical; EC instead of SD
- Gulftown MP with USB3 and eSATA
- a regular desktop Mac: i7, 1 or 2 PCIe, 3 disk bays, ~$1500
- a smaller MBA (no more bezel)
- 32GB iPhone 4G
- a revamp of the ACD: 24" and 27" with a tilt/swivel and height-adjustable stand, inputs like a Dell U2410

Not that any of that is going to happen though.

A little bit better graphics cards in the iMacs (could happen)
Blu-ray support (never say never)
matte screens instead of that glossy %"#%$#"$ (not going to happen)
I could take Sean Connery in a fight... I could definitely take him.

A deal with NVidia and ATi to have 'real' aftermarket graphic card options.
i7 - i5 across the board
midrange tower config under $1500
eSATA
Bluray
Realistic pricing on ACD monitors comparable in the real world
No stock Mac tower configuration to cost more than $2499
finally 'for the love of God' can we have a new case for the Mac Pro already!!!!

5 of those will never happen, but the topic does say 'wishlist'

Why would you want a new Mac Pro case? What is it lacking? You just want new for the sake of new?

How about expandable Mac desktop that doesn't cost $2,500?

My sig is 1 pixel too big.

So far this is the only thing I care about.

and free (wireless) tethering between iphone and MBP, but that isn't a hardware issue . . . or appropriate for a wishlist because kittens will die before tethering is free, and nobody wants to kill kittens.
AT&T iPhone 5S and 6; 13" MBP; MDD G4.
