I trade stocks for a living and spend hours everyday hawking over the market. I'm running a bunch of Gateway FPD2485W displays. One of the 24" monitors popped and needs to be replaced. I do not want a shinny, reflective bezel because it reflects light and is very distracting. Any 24" suggestions?

DoubleSight DS-245W

Has a nice samsung s-pva panel, runs about 500.00.

OR

Samsung 245T

Slightly more expensive, but I've read that it performs better.

Dell 2408WFP for $600

Great stand and tons of input options.

Thank you for your suggestion. I picked up a Samsung 245BW as a stop-gap until I can find something better. I don't know the difference between the 245T and the 245BW.

Edit: here is what I know. The 245BW crushes blacks and washes out everything else. It defies color and gamma correction. Very sad.

Thanks for your suggestion, mduell. The only input I need is DVI. Monster bonus if the monitor can display fine lines and text well.

The Samsung 245BW is a TN panel; great for gaming, not good for color critical work.

Fine lines and text should look great on the Dell's S-PVA panel.
