One of my SUA1500s woke up with a buzzing power transformer last week and unable to get a replacement part out of APC or anybody else, I ordered a replacement refurbished SUA1500. It just arrived and it too has a power transformer whose winding is coming lose causing a high frequency buzz when plugged in to 120v. Bummer. I called the shop I ordered the refurbished APC from and they are sending me another SUA1500 case (sans the batteries) and they don't want the old SUA1500 case back.

Dokay.

Anybody have any idea where I could get two power transformers from for a pair of APC SUA1500s?

Most likely, those are custom parts made for APC. So APC would be your only choice.

Now, that doesn't mean you couldn't substitute it for slightly different transformers, but you better know what you're doing.
