The answer is you cannot. However, you can use Macintosh emulators for the PC like BasiliskII, Fusion and others. For more information on them, go to http://e-maculation.emuunlim.com/

Be careful with transferring Disk Copy images to a PC. Apart from the self-mounting images, there are three types of disk images that Disk Copy can create and they are read and write, read-only and read-only compressed. With the first two, you can transfer them to a PC and then transfer them to a Mac or an emulated Mac as they are and you can still mount them. But the third type you cannot if the disk images have not be encoded in a MacBinary (.bin), BinHex (.hqx) or compressed in StuffIt (.sit) format.

FYI, the problem with all the emulators is they cost more than buying a real Mac, and none of them can any PowerMac software.

BasiliskII is a free emulator for Windows 98/NT. It has a nice feature which allows you to mount PC drives on the emulated Mac and so you can easily transfer files.

I have put together a page on emulating a Macintosh on the PC. You can download BasiliskII there and there are also interesting pages at the site.

Go to http://members.xoom.com/_XMCM/langua/index.html and click on the link to the Macintosh emulation page.

NEW. My Macintosh emulation page I mentioned above is now updated to include a hard disk file with System 7.5.5 installed on it. The size of the download file is only 5MB so it will be quick to download.

Using it with BasiliskII, you can run Disk Copy, mount the disk image and you can easily copy the files from the disk image to your PC disks.

Use the address as in the last message to get there.
