I installed OS 8.6 on my PowerTower Pro 225 last night and noticed that the installer did not update the TCP/IP control panel or the Remote Access Control Panel. I haven't looked at the other extensions yet to check their status. Any similar problems?

there's a seperate installer for newer Remote Access I believe
(that has the new auto-negotiate DNS servers ability, if that auto-negotiate doesn't work it reverts back to TCP/IP settings)

why this wasn't included I'm not sure, it's something I wished was included starting a year ago (it's wonderful, no need to go around helping all the mac users figure out why their "internet" is broken because their ISP changed the IP's for their DNS servers)
