ABS continually resetting in the evening?

	My graphite Airport Base Station appears to continually reset in the evenings from about 6pm until 8pm. The lights appear green for short periods (1-2 minutes), during which I get normal access, but most of the time, the lights are orange or red. Oddly, it seems OK during the day and in late evening. It is hooked up to a router which is hooked up to our cable set top box via ethernet. One answer could be 'busy internet' but I don't see how this could be the case. Resetting the ABS has no effect. Curious.
