Strange Screen sharing ethernet problem

	Lion 10.7.4 I have a monitor less mac mini server, that we connect to visa screen sharing on our MacBooks. The mac mini is usually connected to the router via wifi and this works fine. I finally decided to move the router closer and connect the mac mini to the router via ethernet. It worked fine (with both wifi and ethernet connected with green lights), then I disabled wifi. Connects to the internet fine, but screen sharing doesn't work just brings up the connecting dialog... any ideas?
