I wonder what's going to be the 'WOW' product at this years MWSF. I've been going to Appleinsider.com, ThinkSecret.com and other site for that 'inside info' but there has been none to find. Sure update to .Mac is nice, so is updates to iLife - the 42 and 50 inch monitors sound cool, but probably overpriced. I heard there maybe new laptops - nic, but I don't need one.

Just gotta wait and see...

I want to see Intel powered Macs. Anything else is just a bonus.

And I want to see real life Rosetta benchmarks. I have serious doubts about rosetta.

It would also be cool if they could make Dock icons bounce.

You will see during the v10.5 preview that the dock has been replaced by something called the "control strip."

Steve will announce that he and Billy have been in cahoots since the beginning and now is the time when they will publicly join forces to become the most powerful Jedi's (I mean nerds) in the universe! Steve will then whip out his iSaber and begin to slice up the crowd, of course showing off his amazing acrobatics, doin flips and stuff. Then he'll stand amongst the pile of bodies, lookin all cool, and Billy will be on the big screen in the background cackling for like hours. Meanwhile back Billy's house, the whole mansion opens up and a giant space station is launched into Earth's orbit. Steve and Billy beam aboard and begin to execute their plan to destroy humanity and end these OS Wars forever, becoming the rulers of the Intarnet forever!!!!

Oh and then Steve gets this cool black helmet to go with his cool black outfit and then he'll scream "NNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" and breath real heavy.

...didn't the rumor sites cover this already?

I'd really love it if they helped me make my life even more depressing by somehow giving me access to the internet, thereby giving me access to various message boards in which I could post my own completely speculative opinions on what they were about to reveal before the event even started.

But maybe that's just beyond the realm of possibility.

I'm very excited about the Keynote by our Steve.

They already have. It will automatically switch into non-debug-code mode on June 10.

Actually I think the rumours have been pretty boring this year. Intel Mac? Yippie.

I want some brand new software or hardware that makes interacting with a computer more fun and productive.

i want iLife '06 to look like iTunes 6, and an airport express that can stream video.
give me that and i'll place an order as soon as the store comes back up

hell, i'll know i'll order iLife '06 anyway. Hopefully they have done some good work on iPhoto since it is 90% of why I keep buying iLife.

I wouldn't say that. Any rumor that appears on O'Grady's has almost zero chance of being true. So they are quite reliable if you take the opposite of what they say
