I don't know what the deal is, but my Adium has been disconnecting me from icq, aim, and msn on a complete random basis.

I've never had this problem until a few days ago and I don't recall installing anything new that may affect it. I ran disk utility and nothing. I even installed a new version of Adium and still the same thing.

Is it me or is there something wrong w/ the instant messaging servers? Thanks for any help.

Try with the official clients, if the disconnects happen too, it's not Adium's issue and you will be one step closer to diagnosing the problem

I've been running the latest beta, and the only issue I run into is when putting the computer to sleep whilst Adium is connected to AIM/Yahoo/MSN and then re-awakening the machine usually only one service (AIM) reconnects. The others remain stuck in connecting status until manually set to offline. Only after doing that will the other two services actually connect upon manually changing the setting again.

Just to confirm, My adium does the exact same thing. It disconnects whenever it wants and there is nothing I can do about it.

I'm on the same boat here. I had to revert to 0.89 wich is very stable.
However, doing some research, I found that the adium betas (1-5 at least) have trouble reconnecting. Hence the problem that interrupts the connection comes from other source.

I'm blaiming my Wi-Fi connection, however with my setup I can't try a hard wired connection, anyone ?
