Hi all,
I posted in here a week ago about kernel panics my mother is having on her 1ghz G4 Mac with 10.4.11. She says they started when Hughes Internet was installed. I posted what she copied down from the screen when it crashed, but was told it's not enough info. I have more, so here's what she sent me from the crash log and panic log. If any of you can figure out what's happening from these, I'll be eternally grateful. My mom is freaking out because she's never had a kernel panic over 10 years of Macs.
Panic log:

And here's the Crash Reporter since Hughes Internet was installed:

Now, she also sent Safari Crash Log. If any of you think it'll be helpful, I'll post it. She also sent the python log, but it's HUGE, but if anyone thinks it'll be useful, let me know.
Thank you!
Tom

I straightened it out for the missing line breaks. It still doesn't look like a 10.4.x panic log. Some of the lines are out of order, and the backtrace / thread_that_crashed / loaded kexts info is all missing. In other words, someone removed the useful lines.

For comparison, here is an old kernel panic from my Tiger partition. This KP was caused by an overheating graphics card. I've highlighted the clues in red that point to the cause. My commentary is in purple.

We don't need the Crashdumps for Safari at this point, we need the intact KP logs. Note that the KP log file should contain more than one KP log - the oldest will be at the bottom. We could use the latest 3-4 KP logs.

Okay, I really appreciate your help. She's coming down soon to visit, I'll have her bring the Mac with her, and I'll go in and get the logs myself. Again, thank you so much!
