Customize toolbar Chrome

Anyone know how to do this? I've looked everywhere, thanks.
I googled it and said to find downward arrow, but I don't see that anywhere.

First, this is about an app (Chrome), not networking itself, so I'm moving this thread to the appropriate forum.
Second, what "toolbar" are you trying to change? Chrome has no real (what I would call) toolbar, so I'm not sure what you want to change.

That's what I thought you meant. Google doesn't provide any way to do that natively within Chrome.
There are browsers like Slimjet, based on Chrome's foundation, Google's Chromium project, that offer a little more customization, but I haven't even seen extensions for Chrome that let you do that.

Yes, both have tons of bells and whistles to change the look and feel of he browser.

As the site I quoted/linked to points out, Chrome is minimalist on purpose. More bells and whistles is not terribly "minimalist."
