Scrambled, but with tons of cheese/milk added...and oh yeah, with some nice buttered toast as well...

While at it, I need some cheesey hashbrowns!

There's only one way:

Scrambled with chorizo (a Mexican sausage), cheese, onions, green peppers, and thrown into a flour tortilla.

Add chipotle salsa to taste.
