i just got a pc card which lets me plug an sd/mmc/sm/ms directly into my pb (which is pretty cool!)

although i do have a question, anyone know if it would consume any battery power? could i leave it pluged in? i know it says on the apple info site that the pc card slot is "unpowered" but would it drain the battery?

thanks.

Not much power. But it can be hard to plug/unplug memory cards with the PC Card inserted. (At least it is on my AlBook with a Compact Flash PC Card adapter.)
