	Keep at it everyone - if you do talk to them enought they will listen. I just got off the phone and have arranged for my Cube to be sent back for them to install the BTO RADEON for me! They did say it was non-standard, so be considerate of teh person on the other end of the phone. I am not in the US, so I do not know what the policy is elsewhere...
