I noticed a couple of weeks ago that I could no longer invite myself to a meeting. Was this a "feature" in a new OS X update by Apple (I don't see it noted in the update comments)?

I would like to send the message so that my corporate Google Calendar will add me to the meeting. Typically I schedule a meeting for a conference room and then invite myself, which makes the event show up in my calendar. Now when I enter any of my email addresses when adding attendees, any address belonging to me disappears. Does anyone know a workaround other than creating a special forwarding address for this purpose? Thanks!
