That's right! The award winning and sort of dull but yet so usable theme Good Grey has reached version 1.2!

Get it now at http://www.cepophan.com/themes

Fixes since 1.1:

No more scroll bars bouncing back when you drag them to the bottom of the window
Standard Edition graphite apple menu now grey instead of brownish
 Removed bevels from color labels
New background color/image added to package
 Added humor

I've also included application skins for Safari, iTunes, iChat, QuickTime Player and Address Book.

The theme is distributed with an icon set made by Laurent Baumann that goes really well with the theme so make sure to check it out.

Cheers!

I have been waiting for this forever. I Just couldn't use it without the app skins.

Thanks for the update.

ps: you're missing a comma between itunes and safari on your site

Whoever is responsible for that site should be shot. It's inexcusable to have a web page resize the main window like that.

ps. like the themes, though

Been waiting for this for a long time... thank you! One thing though... the Safari progress bar is forked... here is a screenshot...

*edit* It seems to happen intermittently... it seems ok for now, but if it happens again, there will be Hell to pay...

Hey, I really like the way iTunes looks in the full screenshot that comes with the theme. Now if you could make a theme from that, that'd be pretty cool I think.

P.S. Love Good Grey

I will definitely join this song of praise.
Good Grey was my very first contact with OSX theming, and felt like a great step from my former selfmade GRAY kaleidoscope scheme back in OS9. I was never crazy about aqua, plastic, metal - so Good Grey hit me in the face.
Thanks a lot for your new version, sure's going to be one of my favorites.
And you fixed the bouncing scroll bars

I know about this problem and have tried to locate the reasons to it but can't find a solution. If anyone knows the reason you're welcome to contact me.

I suspect that it's because the size of the resources has changed since you first began the theme. The current height is 22 pixels.

Because of the issues with Safari listed above and some changes in iChat, I've now upgraded Good Grey to 1.21. Go get it at http://www.cepophan.com/themes

Great looking theme. Had issues mounting the DMG though (the one with theme and icons). Maybe I hit it when you were updating it this morning.

prior to this i was using simplex 2.0 and it was very nice, but i absolutely love this. maybe more. its hard to say just yet. it does so much that i need from a theme, which is basically stay the hell out of the way and look nice. the lack of outlines on the safari toolbar buttons is amazing. and transparent menus. always my favorite touch.

great stuff.

Fantastic job mate, I've been holding off trying new themes for the last few weeks while I waited for my new machine. Needless to say I unpacked her today, and have just taken a look at GG...very, very good work.
