Does anyone know where the "theme manager" is located in Firefox?

Is this what you are looking for:

Tools -> Add-ons -> Click Themes tab?

That takes you to the site from which themes can be downloaded; once downloaded, one is instructed to go to the "theme manager" and select the item just downloaded. Except I can't find it.

In Tools|Adons, there are two buttons: Ad Ons and Themes. Click on the Themes button and you're in the Theme Manager.

I'll fix the title for you. Note that titles REALLY need to be both explanatory and understandable-otherwise how will people know they're interested or have something to contribute?
