Baseball cards - I got out of it for a few years, but I am trying to catch back up now.

My most valuable card would be my rookie card = Cal Ripken Jr.

I also have tons of matchbox and hot wheel cars, but I dont really "collect" them, they are just all over the damn place.. My son loves them. I bought a custom 49 Merc hot wheels the other day for him, and liked it so much I kept it for myself....Is that wrong???

I used to collect stamps, but got bored. They're in a ziploc bag, somewhere.

I used to collect baseball cards, but got tired of baseball and annoyed at the move away from simple cards and toward gold-plated holographic 3-d cards of death. They're in a box, somewhere.

I used to collect comic cards (like X-men), but that was a money-sink. They are in an album, somewhere.

I used to collect world currency, but I didn't really know anything about what I was collecting. They're in a box, somewhere.

I used to collect US currency, but then had to start paying for rent, insurance, food, etc, etc. They are in an album, somewhere.

I try to collect a little more knowledge every day. Also, I've got a pretty good collection of Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars, some dating back to 1967.

i seem to collect media more than anything else. my girlfriend used to liken me to a bag lady with my computer. so thats what i collect, movies, music, pictures, installers...

i used to have a fetish where i would have to BUY, not copy, not burn, BUY every album of my then favorite band. let me tell you, outcesticide 3 was really expensive for this 15 year old in 1996.

I collect useless knowledge about computers. Particularly Macs.

And music and photographs. Thats about it though.

I used to collect vinyl albums, but I almost completely stopped buying after I hit over 2,000 records. I've inherited my dad's collection recently and very rarely buy the odd record I just *can't* pass up (just recently found a Jimmy Smith album - The Cat - that I'd been casually looking for for about ten years), but mostly I just enjoy the fruits of my labor, now.
