I'm 35 and have been trying to enjoy getting up early since I was in kindergarten. No worky, because I can't get to sleep early in the evenings.
I just enjoy the night too much to miss it, but then I like the day as well. The end result is that I just never get enough sleep.

I used to work permanent nights in a hospital as a charge nurse on the floor. On my nights off I slept during the night. No longer work nights, so I'm a day person now.
