It looks like Geneva, with exception to the 'A'.

I tried whatthefont.com but the image is too small for it to recognize the letter.

It's not Monaco. Check the "M". The valley in the middle doesn't extend down nearly as far as it does in Monaco. It's a specialized bitmap-ish font made to be used at such small sizes online.
Check out some of the offerings on this site.

You're right. I also forgot to check the "R", which is different too. maybe it's some sort of those sans serif Microsoft fonts.

I'm pretty sure it's like one of those bitmap fonts I linked to. Very specialized for tiny applications. Definitely not a standard font. I see them used all the time for exactly the purpose as the button in the OP.
