Does anyone know where I can get some basic design info on IBM's Power4 processor?

I ask this because we're doing a short presentation on processors for the class, and while I was able to find some nice basic explanations of the P4 and G4 over at ArsTechnica, we've yet to find anything similar for the Power4 or any other CPU architecture for that matter. Everything we've found about the Power4 has been too thick for our understanding

So if anyone can point us in the right direction, we'd be really grateful. TIA

Been there, but wasn't quite easy to digest into PowerPoint-able chunks

Anyone know how many pipeline stages it has?

also at ars grab the K7vsG4 article... it explains really well why the athlon puts up te numbers it does and why it is scores are about the same as the G4's clock to clock, also why it can compete withthe P4 at a lower speed
