From the first time I signed on to AOL with my new iMac I got an error when I tried to browse web pages.
Some helpful people on a troubleshooting board told me how to fix it: erase cache, reset AOL link. That worked but I have to do this once or twice a month!
This appears to be a known problem but there's no sign of a fix (I mean an actual solution that will stop the problem) on AOL.
What do I need to update to stop this from happening?

I had the same problem and finally ended up getting a new ISP! Happy that I did too!

As much help as AOL can be to a new user It can also be a drag reading ads on Everything! I suggest to try another ISP. I did, and have never looked back.

seriously, AOL sucks and thats all there is to it. Im getting a high speed ethernet connection in a little over a month and i cant wait. AOL has so many problems and the simple (yet painfully inconvenient) answer is to get a new ISP.
